Payment AmberJules accepts payment by credit card (Mastercard, Visa or Bankcard accepted) or direct transfer. All payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. AmberJules takes great care to ensure that our online store is secure as possible. SSL is used to protect your personal information to ensure that your details are safe. Delivery Purchases made within Australia will arrive within 1-3 working days from your date of purchase. AmberJules charges a flat rate of $15 for deliveries within Australia. AmberJules is pleased to accept International orders. Purchases will arrive within 5-10 working days from your date of purchase. Any additional duty or customs imposed are the sole responsibility of the recipient. International orders are charged at a flat rate of $40 AUD. Exchanges If you have purchased the wrong size or colour and would like to exchange, please contact us at info@amberjules.com or on 02 9907 8491 within 7 days of purchase and you will be sent a return authorisation number and instructions for returning the garment. You may exchange any purchased item at your own postage cost. Garments to be exchanged must be returned within 7 days of notification email. Please return with the original packing slip. Garments must be new and unused and all tags must be in place. Address to: AmberJules Customer Care If your garment arrives damaged, please contact AmberJules immediately and we will arrange for the item to be exchanged. Please note that while we are happy to offer exchange or credit within 7 days of purchase we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Credit If you would like to return your purchase for a store credit, please contact us at info@amberjules.com or on 02 9907 8491 within 7 days of purchase and you will receive a Credit Authorisation Number and instructions for returning the garment. AmberJules must receive the garment for exchange within 14 days of notification to be eligible for a store credit. You may return any purchased item at your own postage cost for a store credit.
